Ingredients
- 1 large pan cornbread
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 stick oleo
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 3 or 4 tsp. sage
- salt and pepper to taste
- chicken or turkey broth
Directions

1Saute celery and onion in melted oleo just until softened, not brown.

2Crumble cornbread in large bowl; add cooked celery and onions.

3Add beaten eggs.

4Mix well.

5Add sage and salt and pepper to taste.

6Gradually mix in hot broth just until stuffing holds together.

7Bake in large cake pan at 350° for 20 minutes.

8Take pan out of oven and pour about 1 cup broth over top and bake for another 20 to 25 minutes until lightly brown.
