- 4 cups old-fashioned oats (about a pound)
- 1 1/3 c (6 oz) raw pistachios
- 2 cups (6 oz) sliced almonds
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/3 cup oil (olive or canola)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300

2Combine oats and nuts in large bowl

3In 2 cup glass measuring cup combine maple syrup, applesauce, oil, salt and cinnamon

4Pour over dry ingredients in bowl and mix to combine

5Spread on 2 half sheet pans lined with parchment paper or silpat liners

6Bake 25 minutes, stir, switch the pan positions top to bottom, and bake another 20 minutes

7Cool completely, then transfer to large bowl, add cranberries and stir

8Store in air-tight container
