  • 2 eggs
  • 1 unfull glass of sugar
  • vanilla sugar
  • 1 glass of greek yoghurt or kefir
  • 2 glass of flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking-powder
  • 5-6 big rhubarbs
  • sugar+cinnamon

    clean and cut the rhubarbs

    scramble eggs, add sugar and vanilla sugar
  3. 3
    add kefir and baking-powder
  4. 4
    add flour and blend together very well
  5. 5
    pour the pastry in the buttered pan and put rhubarbs on it
  6. 6
    then mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinke over the rhubarbs

    put in the oven and bake for 35-45 minutes in 180'C
