Ingredients
- 3 quarts water
- 3 each bay leaves
- 2 each garlic cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- 2 large onions chopped
- 2 each celery stalks chunks
- 3 pounds meat
- 3 each carrots diced
- 2 each celery stalks diced
- 1 each spanish onions diced
- 1 cup green beans
- 1 cup potatoes cubed
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced
Directions

1Put water in large stock pot and add meat.

2Add remaining ingredients.

3Bring to boil and if you have it put a diffuser under pot and keep the heat just below a simmer.

4This is like a crockpot, but my crockpot is too small.

5Continue cooking for 4 to 8 hours.

6Remove meat and allow to cool.

7Strain Stock and chill if necessary to remove any fat.

8After removing fat, return to pot.

9Strip meat from bone and skin.

10Bring to a boil and add Soup vegetables and pasta to the strained stock.

11Reduce to a simmer and cook til vegetables are done.

12Add meat and thicken if desired.

13Serve with fresh rolls or bread.
