- 2 cups water
- 2 cups matzo meal
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 5 ounces oil
- 6 eggs
- cooking spray
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2Bring water, oil, salt, and sugar to a boil.

3Remove from heat and add matzo meal and stir until it forms a ball.

4Add eggs, one at a time, until each is blended.

5Divide batter into greased muffin tins.

6Bake 30-40 minutes until golden brown.

7Variation: Spoon batter into muffin cups and place 1/2 teaspoon of jam or preserves in center of each muffin.

8The jam will sink to become filling.
