  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups matzo meal
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 5 ounces oil
  • 6 eggs
  • cooking spray

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

    Bring water, oil, salt, and sugar to a boil.

    Remove from heat and add matzo meal and stir until it forms a ball.

    Add eggs, one at a time, until each is blended.

    Divide batter into greased muffin tins.

    Bake 30-40 minutes until golden brown.

    Variation: Spoon batter into muffin cups and place 1/2 teaspoon of jam or preserves in center of each muffin.

    The jam will sink to become filling.
