- 1 lb. jumbo shrimp (fresh), deveined
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced and drained
- 1 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/4 c. white wine (Chablis)
- dash or two Worcestershire sauce
- parsley (pinch or two)
Directions

1Saute shrimp in butter in frying pan for 8 minutes.

2Add remaining ingredients and cook another 8 minutes.

3Serve over cooked white rice.
