Ingredients

  • 1 lb. jumbo shrimp (fresh), deveined
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced and drained
  • 1 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1/4 c. white wine (Chablis)
  • dash or two Worcestershire sauce
  • parsley (pinch or two)

Directions

    Saute shrimp in butter in frying pan for 8 minutes.

    Add remaining ingredients and cook another 8 minutes.

    Serve over cooked white rice.
