  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar taco sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 dozen corn tortilla
  • 12 head lettuce, shredded
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into small pieces
  • 1 bunch green onion, chopped
  • 1 lb longhorn cheese, grated

    Brown beef and drain the fat.

    Add taco sauce and season with salt and pepper.

    Set burner on warm.

    Deep fry shells in hot oil and drain fat.

    Fill shells with meat, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and cheese.
