- 2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 c. eggs
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2/3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 c. well chilled whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. brandy
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch glass dish with cooking spray.

3Mix brown sugar, eggs, pecans, flour and baking soda.

4Batter will be thick.

5Bake for 25 minutes.

6Cool 2 hours.

7Whip cream in large bowl.

8Fold in brandy.

9Break cake into small pieces and fold into cream mixture.

10Spoon mixture into clean 9 x 13-inch pan and spread evenly.

11Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.

12Spoon into goblets.

13Serve from freezer.

14Do not let it thaw.
