Ingredients: 1 cup grated carrots; 1 cup Best Foods or Helmans Mayo; 1 cup freshly grated parmesian cheese; (prepackaged will work too); 1 cup shredded crab or imitation crab meat; a grate of nutmeg (optional)

(prepackaged will work too)
1 cup shredded crab or imitation crab meat
a grate of nutmeg (optional)

Directions

Mix first three ingredients well. Add crab meat, stir til l just blended.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 35/45 minutes,till top is slightly browned. Serve with wheat thins or firm crackers of that type.Can be frozen and reheated, if there is anything left. Can be doubled or tripled.
