- 1/3 c. plus 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 (9 or 10-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
- 1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. light corn syrup
Directions

1Combine cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, salt, 1 teaspoon of the vanilla and 1 egg; pour into pie shell.

2Sprinkle with pecans. Combine remaining eggs, sugar, vanilla and syrup; pour over pecans.

3Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes until center is firm. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
