  • 1 c. nuts of choice
  • 2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Crush crackers, mix in nuts and baking powder.

    Beat egg whites until stiff and add sugar and vanilla.

    Fold into cracker mixture and pour into greased pie plate and bake at 325° for about 30 minutes.
