- 4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. plain yogurt
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. clarified butter
Directions

1Sift together dry ingredients and place in a deep bowl.

2Make a well in the center and pour in eggs, milk and yogurt.

3Stir until well blended.

4Knead dough until smooth and elastic.

5Grease a large bowl with butter.

6Coat dough in a bowl with butter. Cover and let sit for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

7Preheat broiler. Divide dough into 8 pieces and pat into teardrop shape, about 1/4-inch thick.

8Broil Naan Bread 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Serve hot or at room temperature.
