- 2 c. all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. instant dry yeast
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Combine ingredients to create a dough and allow to rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.

2Punch dough down and divide it into 10 parts.

3Roll each into a thin circle.

4Brush one side with water.

5Spray griddle with extra virgin olive oil spray.

6Put circles on warm griddle, watered side up.

7Bake until half done and lightly browned, about three min.

8Flip and finish cooking, about another 3 minutes.
