- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
- nonstick cooking spray
Directions

1Combine all ingredients to form a dough.

2Let the dough rise until it doubles, about 1 hour.

3Punch the dough down and divide it into 10 parts.

4Roll each part into a thin circle.

5Brush one side with water.

6Preheat the oven to 400°F Spray a griddle with nonstick cooking spray.

7Put the circles on the hot griddle, watered side up.

8Cook until half done or lightly browned, about 3 minutes.

9Transfer to a nonstick cookie sheet.

10Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
