  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 lb. Mexican Velveeta
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz (plain or Mexican)
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chili peppers, drained
  • 1 onion, chopped

Directions

    Brown hamburger, then drain grease.

    Add Velveeta by cutting up in chunks.

    Add Cheez Whiz.

    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and onion. Cook until all cheeses have melted and everything is well blended. Serve with nacho chips.
