- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 (8 ounce) can pie apples
- 1 cup flour
- 1 pinch salt
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar, add eggs 1 at a time. Add dry ingredience alternately with milk. pour into pie dish, add apple.

2Bake at 350 for 30 minutes After 25mins boil 1 carlton of cream, 1 cup of sugar 1/2 t vanulla essence.

3Pour over pudding while still hot.
