- 12 oz. jar salsa (mild to hot as you prefer)

1Cut the Velveeta into 5 blocks.

2Place in crock-pot on high. Add jar of salsa.

3Stir frequently until all cheese is melted. Reduce heat to low and continue to stir occasionally.
