  • 4 whole Red Potatoes Cut Into Bite Sized Pieces
  • 1 whole Small Onion, Thinly Sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons Each Oregano, Salt And Pepper
  • 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 whole Green Onions, Chopped

    Preheat grill to medium-high. Place onions in the centre of an 18x24-inch sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil. Layer potatoes evenly on top of onions. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with chili powder, hot sauce, oregano, salt and pepper. Pull foil up to meet over potatoes. Double fold foil at the top and ends to seal, making one large packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Place on the grill and cook, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes. Make a slit on the top of the packet and unfold to expose potatoes. Sprinkle in cheese and green onions and close the lid for 1 minute.
