  • 1 lb. boneless chicken breast, boiled thoroughly
  • 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp. lemon pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 2/3 lb. Colby cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
  • large bag nacho chips

    Shred chicken very finely; add all seasonings.

    Marinate 1 hour.

    Heat oven to 450°.

    Line glass pie pan with nacho chips. Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese (shredded), then add chicken; top with rest of cheese and add onions.

    Bake 5 to 7 minutes.
