- 2 12 lbs rice
- 12 lbs mincemeat
- 2 lbs onions
- 2 12 pints tomato puree
- 1 14 lbs peas
- 2 12 quarts stock
- 12 cup parsley
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1simmer mince and tomato puree for about 20mins.

2fry onions in hot fat until brown.

3add uncooked rice and brown lightly.

4add stock and seasonings bring to the boil.

5pour into baking dish and bake in hot oven for 15mins.

6add meat and peas and mix well.
