  • 2 12 lbs rice
  • 12 lbs mincemeat
  • 2 lbs onions
  • 2 12 pints tomato puree
  • 1 14 lbs peas
  • 2 12 quarts stock
  • 12 cup parsley
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper

Directions

    simmer mince and tomato puree for about 20mins.

    fry onions in hot fat until brown.

    add uncooked rice and brown lightly.

    add stock and seasonings bring to the boil.

    pour into baking dish and bake in hot oven for 15mins.

    add meat and peas and mix well.
