- 2 cups cornmeal
- 12 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 14 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 12 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil (corn, vegetable, canola)
- 1 tablespoon onion (dried or fresh, minced)
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (8 3/4 ounce) can whole corn, drained
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chili peppers (seeded, rinsed, chopped)
- 14 cup red bell pepper, chopped
Directions

1In a medium sized bowl, mix all dry ingredients.

2In a smaller bowl, mix wet ingredients.

3Add wet mixture to dry mixture, blend.

4Add in onion, cheese, corn, peppers, blend until smooth.

5Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
