Nana'S Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
- 4 c. brown sugar (2 light, 2 dark)
- 2 c. white sugar
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. canned milk
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 lb. jar peanut butter
- 1 lb. miniature marshmallows
Directions

1Mix all sugar, vinegar, milk, water and margarine.

2Cook until it begins a rolling boil, stirring constantly.

3Let simmer until it forms a ball in cold water.

4Remove from heat and add 1/2 of the marshmallows; stir until dissolved.

5Add peanut butter by tablespoons until hard, then add remaining marshmallows and stir until mixed well.

6(These won't dissolve completely.)

7Pour into greased pan and cool.

8Cut in block-size of your choice.

9Makes approximately 9 x 13 pan.

10Smaller size pan makes thicker squares.
