Ingredients

  • 12 cup butter, softened
  • 14 cup brown sugar
  • 14 cup cocoa
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 12 cup unsalted peanuts or 12 cup walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1 (300 ml) caneagle brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 4 (1 ounce) semi-sweet chocolate baking squares

Directions

    Combine butter, cocoa, egg, crumbs, coconut, and peanuts.

    Press evenly into bottom of a parchment paper-lined 9-inch square pan.

    Combine Eagle Brand milk with peanut butter; cook and stir over medium heat until slightly thickened.

    Remove from heat.

    Spread over base.

    Melt chocolate and drizzle or spread over Eagle Brand layer.

    Chill 2 hours or until firm.

    Store covered in the refrigerator.
