Ingredients

  • 1 head napa cabbage chopped
  • 4 green onions chopped, up to 5
  • 2 noodles pkt Raman, crushed, I use rolling pin
  • 4 ounces sliced almonds I use sliced
  • 1/2 jar sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar

Directions

    Mix the dressing ingredients until well-blended.

    Chop the Napa cabbage and toss with green onions.
  3. 3
    Saute the noodles, almonds, and sesame seeds in the margarine until lightly browned. Set aside.
