- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 c. finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c. coconut
Directions

1Combine butter or margarine, sugar, cocoa and vanilla in the top of a double boiler.

2Cook over simmering water until butter melts.

3Stir in egg, continue cooking and stirring until mixture is thick, about 3 minutes.

4Blend in graham cracker crumbs and coconut.

5Press into greased 9-inch square pan.

6Refrigerate.
