Nappa Cabbage Salad

  • 1 large head nappa cabbage
  • 5 green onions
  • 2 pkg. Ramen noodles
  • 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
  • 3/4 c. pecan pieces
  • 1 stick oleo

Directions

    Trim and core cabbage.

    Cut lengthwise, then crosswise into bite size pieces.

    Chop onions, including tops.
  4. 4
    Mix onions and cabbage. Discard flavor packets from Ramen packages and break up noodles.

    Brown noodles in oleo.

    As soon as noodles start to brown, add sunflower seeds and pecans. Brown whole mixture.

    Allow to cool.
