  • 1 1/4 cup white rice, cooked and cooled, keep covered to prevent drying up
  • 1 cup luncheon meat or ham or sausage or barbecue meat, chopped into dice size
  • 1 big purple onion, sliced
  • 2 1/2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 5 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 2 egg, beaten

    Heat cooking oil in frying pan using high heat.

    Add cooked rice, onion and meat.

    Stir fry till fragrant.

    Add chilli sauce.

    Stir fry the rice till evenly mixed.
