- 1 leek, chopped
- 1 tray mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bag cocktail shrimp
- 3 chicken breasts, fried and cut in pieces
- 1/4 bag cole slaw
- 6 servings rice, cooked
- a knife-point ground fresh chili pasta (optional)
- 1 or 2 tsp. sojasauce
Directions

1Fry leek mushrooms and onion in vegetable oil for about 5 minutes.

2Add chicken, shrimp and chili pasta.

3Fry again for about 5 minutes.

4Add the cole slaw at the last minute.

5Fry the cooked rice in vegetable oil and sojasauce for 5 minutes.

6Combine mixture with the rice and heat well for a little while (keep stirring).

7Add sojasauce to taste.

8Side dish:

9Fried egg with a slice of ham.
