- 2 eggs
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mix together all ingredients, except cheese.

2Pour into a buttered, 9 x 9-inch pan or casserole dish.

3Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

4Sprinkle cheese on top and bake until the cheese melts (about 10 minutes).

5Serves 8 to 10.
