  • 100 grams Pasta
  • 1 pack Chopped natto
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Mentsuyu (concentrate)
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 Shredded nori seaweed

Directions

    Boil the pasta and then coat with a little bit of olive oil and soy sauce.

    Let sit (If you're going to be eating your pasta right away, omit this part).

    While the pasta is boiling, add the ingredients directly into the natto pack and mix it up.

    Arrange the pasta on a dish, top with the natto, and place an egg yolk in the center.

    Garnish with shredded nori.

    Add the mixed natto from Step 2, along with diced cheese, to 2-3 eggs to make an omelet.
