- 6 c. sliced and peeled apples
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. Quaker 100% natural cereal (any flavor)
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Combine apples, water and lemon juice in large bowl.

3Combine brown sugar, flour and cinnamon; toss with apples.

4Layer in an 8-inch square glass baking dish.

5Combine cereal and margarine; sprinkle evenly over apple mixture.

6Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until apples are tender.

7Serve warm. Top with frozen yogurt, whipped cream or ice cream.
