- 1 cup brown rice syrup
- 3 cups Puffed Kashi
- 12 cup natures path organic smart all-bran cereal
- 13 cup quinoa
- 34 cup walnuts, chopped
- 14 cup sunflower seeds, raw
- 14 cup pumpkin seeds, raw
- 12 dried apricot
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions

1prepare 13x9 in pan w cooking spray.

2heat almond butter and brown rice syrup in large pot on low until bubbles form.

3add vanilla.

4meanwhile mix together all dry ingredients in large bowl.

5add dry ingredients to pot stirring well, incorporating all ingredients.

6add mixture to prepared pan.

7pressing evenly.

8place in fridge to set.

9cut into approx 32 bars.
