  • 1 cup brown rice syrup
  • 3 cups Puffed Kashi
  • 12 cup natures path organic smart all-bran cereal
  • 13 cup quinoa
  • 34 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 14 cup sunflower seeds, raw
  • 14 cup pumpkin seeds, raw
  • 12 dried apricot
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

    prepare 13x9 in pan w cooking spray.

    heat almond butter and brown rice syrup in large pot on low until bubbles form.

    add vanilla.

    meanwhile mix together all dry ingredients in large bowl.

    add dry ingredients to pot stirring well, incorporating all ingredients.

    add mixture to prepared pan.

    pressing evenly.

    place in fridge to set.
