  • 8 oz navy beans, about 1 1/4 cups
  • 4 cup water
  • 12 oz bacon ends and pieces
  • 1/2 each onion, chopped

Directions

    Put beans and water in pressure cooker and cook for 45 min.

    or until done.

    Fresh beans cook faster than old ones.

    Cook your bacon and add to the beans.

    Save the grease!

    Add the bacon and seasonings to the beans and simmer for 20 minutes.

    (might have to add a bit of water)

    Best the next day.
