- 1 lb. margarine or butter
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 lb. box powdered sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cream the soft margarine and sugar together until fluffy.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

3Add vanilla and then add flour.

4Pour in tube pan or Bundt pan and bake in a 350° oven for 35 minutes. Reduce heat to 325° until done.

5This makes a good, heavy pound cake.
