  • 2 c. fresh whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 tsp. soy sauce
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • 1 tsp. sage

Directions
