Negroni

Directions

   Fill the rocks glasses with ice.

   Fill a pitcher with ice and add the Campari, sweet vermouth, and gin.

   Stir just to blend.

   Strain into the rocks glasses.

   Twist an orange twist over each drink, then rub the skin side on the rim of the glass, drop the twist in, and serve.

   ORANGE NEGRONI To make a less potent yet still delicious drink, prepare the Negroni using half the listed amount of each liquor.

   Strain into four highball glasses, top each glass with fresh orange juice, and serve.
