- 3/4 head lettuce, shredded
- 8 slices bacon, fried crisp and broken up
- 8 green onions, chopped
- 1 box frozen peas (uncooked)
- 8 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 pt. mayonnaise
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Line large Pyrex dish with spinach.

2Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese, bacon, onion, lettuce, peas and eggs.

3Mix cream and mayonnaise.

4Add 1/4 cup cheese.

5Spread on top of salt; sprinkle with remaining cheese.

6Chill 24 hours.
