  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 3/4 head lettuce, shredded
  • 8 slices bacon, fried crisp and broken up
  • 8 green onions, chopped
  • 1 box frozen peas (uncooked)
  • 8 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 pt. mayonnaise
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Line large Pyrex dish with spinach.

    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese, bacon, onion, lettuce, peas and eggs.

    Mix cream and mayonnaise.

    Add 1/4 cup cheese.

    Spread on top of salt; sprinkle with remaining cheese.

    Chill 24 hours.
