  • 1 egg, beaten slightly
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Mix cake mix, butter, egg and pecans together and press in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Beat together cream cheese, eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla.

    Pour over bottom layer.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

    Let set 24 hours before cutting.
