- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. butter flavoring
Directions

1Mix melted butter or oleo, chopped nuts, cake mix and 1 egg together.

2Pat into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

3Combine remaining ingredients together.

4Pour this mixture over other mixture in pan.

5Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
