   Combine cake mix, butter and 2 eggs.

   Press into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

   Combine cream cheese, 2 eggs and powdered sugar.

   Mix well and spread over top of first mixture.

   Do not mix the two mixtures together!

   Bake at 350° until lightly brown, about 30 minutes.
