  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 can Bisque tomato soup
