  • 1 c. (6 oz.) chocolate chips
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions

    Combine cake mix, 2 eggs and margarine.

    Mix well and spread in a 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Sprinkle with 1 cup chopped nuts and chocolate chips.

    Combine cream cheese, 3 eggs, powdered sugar and 1/2 cup nuts.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
