- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup cooking oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup boiling water
Directions

1Sift flour and salt together into a small bowl.

2Make a well in the flour and add oil and egg.

3Add boiling water and mix well. Chill in refrigerator until ready to use.

4Knead in enough flour to roll out with rolling pin.

5Divide into 2 or 3 sections, roll out and cut into strips, one section at a time, with kitchen knife.

6Drop into boiling stock.

7Cover and simmer 10 minutes.

8Do not stir.

9They may be moved gently with fork.
