- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 2 unbeaten eggs
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Directions

1Let water reach boiling in bottom of double boiler.

2Combine sugar, salt, cream of tartar, eggs, and water in top of double boiler.

3Place over boiling water.

4Use high speed on mixer and beat until frosting is fluffy and holds its shape (about 7-8 minutes).

5Add vanilla and spread on cake.
