  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except vanilla.

    Bring to full rolling boil and boil for 1 minute.

    Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Beat hard until smooth and shiny.

    Pour and spread over cake.
