- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- seedless raspberry jam
- almond paste
Directions

1Beat butter and sugar.

2Add eggs and beat well.

3Add sour cream and almond extract; mix.

4Add flour, soda and powder.

5Beat well.

6Put one tablespoon batter in each muffin cup.

7Add 1 teaspoon jam and 1/2 to 1 teaspoon almond paste.

8Fill with more batter and bake at 350° for 25 minutes, until golden.

9Makes 12 to 14 muffins.
