Ingredients
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 sticks butter or margarine
- 4 c. sugar
- 1 pt. Marshmallow Creme
- 12 oz. any kind morsels (milk chocolate, bittersweet chocolate, butterscotch, vanilla, peanut butter, etc.)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp. each 1 or 2 following extracts: walnut, almond, mint, etc.
Directions

1Boil milk, butter and sugar (stirring constantly) over medium heat to 236° to 238° (use candy thermometer), then remove from heat.

2Add Marshmallow Creme and morsels.

3Stir thoroughly.

4Add extract flavorings.

5Stir again.

6Pour into an ungreased pan, preferably 11 x 15 x 1/2-inch.

7Let cool and harden for 8 to 12 hours.

8Cut into desired size pieces.

9Makes about 3 pounds.
