  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 egg whites

    Mix cornstarch, sugar and water in saucepan.

    Cook until thick and clear.

    Cool slightly.

    Beat egg whites with mixer until frothy.

    Continue beating while pouring in cornstarch mixture. Beat 5 minutes.

    Bake at 450° for 5 to 6 minutes until golden brown.
