- 1 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 2 or 3 egg whites
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Add cornstarch to cold water and mix.

2Add boiling water and stir until thick and clear.

3(May have to thicken on stove.)

4Let cool.

5Beat egg whites until foamy.

6Gradually add the sugar and beat until stiff.

7Add cornstarch mixture and mix well until stiff.

8Beat in the vanilla.

9Spread on top of pie.

10Bake for 10 minutes or until brown in 350° oven.
