  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch

Directions

    Add the cornstarch and sugar to the water. Heat until mixture boils and turns clear. Beat egg whites to a peak. Add cornstarch mixture to the egg whites. Add 7 teaspoons sugar to this and beat until whites are stiff.
